In the lecture/discussion “Childbirth: Expectations, the Process, and Support,”we will discuss the most important issues that will help you better prepare for childbirth:

• the main stages of labor;
• the differences between natural and medically assisted labor;
• when a cesarean section is recommended;
• methods of pain relief during childbirth—epidural anesthesia and natural methods;
• what to pack when heading to the hospital;
• how to recognize the onset of labor and its first signs;
• the main physical and emotional changes after childbirth.

💬Come, ask questions, and feel free to join the discussion!
This meeting is a great opportunity to get answers from an expert to the questions on your mind and to prepare for childbirth with greater peace of mind and confidence.
