Patient report of a suspected adverse reaction (ADR) to medicines

• Patients can report a suspected adverse reaction to a medicine, or if they notice that medicines, vaccines or contraceptives used for a life-threatening disease are ineffective, to the State Medicines Control Authority (SMCA) by filling in the form "Patient's Report of a Suspected Adverse Reaction to a Vaccine" (fill in the form here...)
