Once you have selected the service you want and clicked on the box indicated, a queue number will be printed for you.

Question:
How long would I have to wait for a medical check?
Answer:
No queues for the driver health check!
The Health Check Commission for Drivers of the Kėdainiai PSPC is located in Rooms 31A and 32, open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8.00 to 10.00 (Kėdainiai PSPC, Budrio str. 5, Kėdainiai).
For the convenience of the residents of the district, the Mental Health Unit in another building is no longer necessary to go to the Drivers' Commission, as consultations with a psychiatrist are available locally in Room 32, next to the reception desk.
You can pre-register for the Drivers' Commission by calling the reception at +370 347 61434, +370 347 61334, +370 347 61314, +370 612 04039 or by coming to the reception.
In order to increase the accessibility of primary health care services, we also offer the possibility to register for a health check-up online: https://ipr.esveikata.lt If you click on this link, you should look for the service - preventive health check-ups with a general nurse Elyna Sabaliauskienė. Visit type - preventive check-up.
Please note that if you are unable to attend your consultation, please cancel it and make the available space available for another patient who needs this service.
The cost of the health check-up service for drivers insured with compulsory health insurance for all categories of drivers is EUR 26.30.
The purpose of the medical examination of drivers is to determine whether the medical condition of the person being examined makes him or her fit to drive a motor vehicle in the relevant category.
Please bring a completed "Driver's Declaration of Honour" with you to the Drivers' Commission. The declaration is based on the driver's own assessment of his/her own state of health, and in the event of a deterioration in his/her health, the driver must consult a doctor.
A medical certificate for a driver's medical examination may be issued to persons not more than one year younger than the legal age for driving in that category of vehicle.
Drivers and driver candidates registered with the Kėdainiai PSPC must be examined by a family doctor (children under 18 - paediatrician) within one year.
Drivers who are registered with other medical institutions but wish to have a health check-up at the Kėdainiai PSPC must have a "Medical Records Extract/Referral" prepared by a family/child doctor.
If the examination determines that you are fit to drive, you will receive a certificate immediately (both paper and electronic).
Under the new health check-up procedure, drivers aged 55 and under must have a health check every 10 years, 56-69 every 5 years, 70-79 every 2 years and 80 and over once a year.
In individual cases, the Fitness to Drive is decided by the Drivers' Medical Examination Board.
Please note that for compulsory first aid training, more information and registration can be obtained by calling +370 612 04025 (Health Education Room 57).
Question:
Which childhood vaccinations are covered by the PSDF?
Answer:
In Lithuania, according to the timetable set out in the Children's Preventive Vaccination Calendar, children are vaccinated free of charge against the following infectious diseases in health care institutions: tuberculosis, hepatitis B, whooping cough, diphtheria, tetanus, Haemophilus influenzae type B, polio, measles, measles, mumps, epidemic parotitis, rubella, pneumococcal infection, human papillomavirus, rotavirus and meningococcal disease type B. These vaccinations are paid for by the Compulsory Health Insurance Fund.
Before each vaccination, parents or guardians must be informed about the vaccine administration procedure, possible adverse reactions to the vaccine, and must sign the child's health development record in order to receive the information and to consent to vaccination.
Vaccinations are only withheld in very rare cases, for example due to severe illness or weakened immune systems. However, parents or guardians must be informed by a doctor. If a child is not vaccinated on time, an individual vaccination schedule is drawn up for him/her according to the indications listed in the summary of product characteristics.
If necessary (in case of a bite from any animal), the child can also be vaccinated against rabies free of charge (rabies vaccine and rabies immunoglobulin).
Question:
If I leave school this year, do I have to pay the PSD?
Answer:
Specialists from the Health Insurance Funds remind graduates that leaving school is not only a new stage in life, but also a new responsibility to take care of their compulsory health insurance.
All young people who leave school are covered by compulsory health insurance (CHI) at public expense until 31 August. From 1 September, only those graduates who start their studies in vocational and higher education institutions in Lithuania and other European Union (EU) countries, the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, on a full-time basis, will be covered by the state. Young people who choose a part-time study programme will have to arrange their own insurance.
Lithuanian residents aged 18 who do not attend general education or vocational schools, do not study at higher education institutions in Lithuania or other European countries, do not get a job or are not covered by the state for other reasons, will have to pay their own PSD contributions of EUR 58.63 each month until the last day of the current month.
